Sadler’s Cat began life as ‘the Pilcrow’ and was built by hand over a year by the people of Manchester in a series of workshops with master craftsman. From the bar tiles and stools to the pumps, tables and hanging baskets - everything was lovingly designed and made by the many of the folk who still drink there now.
