New Century Kitchens is home to PLY Pizza Loves You – a unique and delicious pizza experience crafted by Carl Fraenki-Rietti who has over 20 years culinary experience in both Michelin star restaurants and street food operations in the UK and Italy.

Dough is made freshly each day on the premises and is hand stretched and cooked in the oven at 500 degrees for 90 seconds to create beautiful flavours and create a light and crispy crust.

Collaborating with the inspirational people at Wildfarmed*, Carl has combined their biodynamic, nutritious and natural flour to create a 24 hour slow proved dough that has smoky and earthy overtones.
