NOMA is proud to have been shortlisted as ‘Place of the Year’ at the 2023 Pineapples Awards!
Launched in 2019 by The Developer in partnership with Design Council, The Pineapples awards are unique in seeking to celebrate thriving places where people want to live, work, play, shop or learn.
The ‘Place of the Year’ category shines a spotlight on places that thrive and celebrates those that serve its community and neighbours.
NOMA was commended for its innovative approach to sympathetic and sustainable regeneration, with judges noting “The development builds on the site’s historic characteristics whilst integrating leading environmental technologies and standards for urban development. This approach secures the long-term future of Grade-II listed buildings like Dantzic to sit beside brand-new net zero carbon operational office space available at 4 Angel Square, leading the way towards a more sustainable future.”
