Join Eat The Frog for your midweek 5k round the city and after run beverage in the Altogether Otherwise garden.
No breathing techniques.
No new ways of sitting.
No subtle manoeuvres.
Nothing.
Meeting in silence isnât a new idea. But we arenât sitting for mindfulness, or for art, or for spiritual improvement. Weâre just sitting. Itâs going to be boring. A little boredom is good for you - and itâs increasingly hard to come by.
Weâll sit down.
A couple of minutes to arrive.
Phones off.
Weâll sit quietly for 45 minutes. If you need to leave, you can. No pressure. At the end, thereâs no debrief. No revelations. You just get up and carry on with your day.

Join PLANT CIC for our Wildlife Gardening Club.
With expert guidance from our friends at the South Lancashire Bat Group, weâll be learning all about our native bats before heading out into the gardens to investigate our local population with bat detectors in hand.
