NOMA is a £800 million, 20 acre mixed use redevelopment in Manchester City Centre, making it the largest project of its kind in the North West of England.
When fully built out the NOMA district will consist of:
- 2.2 million sq. ft. of offices
- 1 million sq. ft. of homes
- 200,000 sq. ft. of shops, bars and restaurants
- 200,000 sq. ft. hotels.
It is one of the most significant Urban Regeneration projects in the UK.
