Skof is a 36-cover fine dining restaurant situated in Federation on Hanover Street.

Led by chef, Roux Scholar and Simon Rogan alumni Tom Barnes, Skof has a vision to create an unpretentious yet ambitious dining experience in the North.

Tom brings the farm-to-table ethos that is so crucial at Simon Rogan’s Lake District restaurants, including the renowned L’Enclume where he was executive head chef, weaving in new suppliers as he tailors the offering to a new market at NOMA.

Dinner – Wednesday to Saturday – 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Lunch – Thursday to Saturday – 12:00pm –1:30pm
