Masterplan

When fully built out the NOMA district will consist of 2.5 million sq. ft. of offices, 1 million sq. ft. of homes and 200,000 sq. ft. of hotels. It is one of the most significant Urban Regeneration projects in the UK

The neighbourhood is being designed with people in mind and seeks to be force for good promoting social inclusion and with community firmly at its heart.

Getting here

NOMA is the best connected city centre neighbourhood. Nestled between 2 major regional transport hubs for train, metrolink and bus travel – Manchester Victoria and Shudehill Transport Interchange – and conveniently situated on the inner ring road and cycle network, however you choose to travel you can get to and from NOMA with ease.

And if you’re coming from or going further afield, then Manchester Piccadilly is an 18 minute walk away and Manchester airport directly accessible from a variety of transport routes.
